IMG_4111Today, Ted has been in the mood to make all things Christmas – pretty much all day, so there are going to be a host of Christmas posts coming up soon. He has wanted to make some secret presents for his Dad, and this is one of the first – we made these Christmas clothes peg book marks together as they are pretty tricky for little fingers. These paintings inspired by Jackson Pollock were made by Ted a few weeks ago just after he announced those three little words that most parents don’t want to hear, and no, it wasn’t “I hate you”, it was “I can’t paint.” I was about to say, “Really, seriously, who gave you that idea? Of course you can.” – but the look on his face said don’t challenge me, I know I can’t.
