We decided to decorate this tiny chest of drawers with snowflakes cut out from a Christmas napkin. Our great friend Christine had given Ted this box, which she had painted for him to decorate. It now looks festive with snowflakes sparkling over it. Continue reading
Today, Ted has been in the mood to make all things Christmas – pretty much all day, so there are going to be a host of Christmas posts coming up soon. He has wanted to make some secret presents for his Dad, and this is one of the first – we made these Christmas clothes peg book marks together as they are pretty tricky for little fingers. Ted brought home this candy cane reindeer, made as a present for him by one of the wonderful teaching assistants in his class. He was so thrilled that she had made it especially for him, that I wanted to share it with you here. It is such a great idea and looks great on our tree.
Ted has had a wonderful time in school in the run up to Christmas, thanks to his fantastic teacher and assistants. They have had loads of great ideas – here is another of Ted’s Christmas tree decorations that he made in School for this Christmas. He was so excited to show it to us and put it on our tree himself. I love the idea of personalising a Christmas tree bauble like this.
Here is Ted’s lollipop Christmas tree that he made in school. This week he came laden with wonderful Christmas crafts he had made in school, and was beside himself with excitement. He couldn’t wait to show us what he had made and this decoration is now on our tree.
